Delays were set Monday afternoon after the antenna was set down
and connected.  IF C was dead because of a fiber problem that
is to be addressed today.  A quick, rough estimate of pointing
was done at C band last night and the results incorporated in
the parameters database this morning.

Pointing and baselines will be refined tonight.
