ea13
power levels seem OK, but equal correlated power is seen in all
the polarization products.  this usually is the result of a broken
dipole or hybrid network.

ea17
little correlated power.  there must be a lot of out of band noise
because the downconverter and sampler look happt; but the T5s all
report too little power.

ea04
ditto.  just like ea17.

ea05
no power is seen at the downconverters.

ea23, ea25
both were flagged for a while because the subreflector was not in
the right place.
