[evlatests] 2 subarrays in dynamic time - not working yet.

Finally got it into the dynamic queue, and some data resulted.

The short summary is that sub 1 was truncated, but good till then.
Sub 2 was messed up - scans and band changes were ignored (or mis-
labelled, I have not investigated much.)

The expected duration was 1 hour, 13:46 - 14:46. The ops log said:

12Apr 13:46:10
NOTE: Second VLA subarray file source end times are one hour greater
than those in the EVLA subarray file.

12Apr 14:22:40
Program aborted due to a python code exceptions at line 265. Time/day
stamp is 54568 142157.

A bit more detail:

The scans were, in order:
4 continuum scans, X,C,L,K
5 line scans, L,C,X,K,C
1 20min scan, fast switch, line, X.

subarray 1= EVLA: first 8 scans fine, 9th OK but cut short, 10 missing.

subarray 2= VLA:  1 continuum scan and 1 line scan spanned the same
                   time as subarray 1, band changes ignored! Truncated
                   at the same time as sub 1.
