[evlatests] ea05 passed Electronics Acceptance test

ea05 passed Electronics Acceptance test as of 14:00 April 18, 2008.

The L305 is having sync problems but I have been told this will not 
affect data.

The passband in Lband has strong RFI,  see attached JPG.

The test report is localed in 
EVLA/techdocs/sysintegrt/antenna_Acceptance_Tests

There is no L352 module so Round trip Phase does not work
Pband does not work either, Maybe next month
