[evlatests] Delays?

    I ran a polarization test last night at L-band.  The (spectacular) 
results will be reported on later today.

    However, I note that antenna 13 in IFs B and D, and antenna 10 in IF 
D, have large reductions in sensitivity, which is not 
antenna-dependent.   The reduction is large at 50 MHz BW, and is 
apparently absent at 12.5 MHz BW.  Could be a delay error.  Have delays 
been done recently?
