I've got most of the delays set, not perfectly, but reasonably close.
Took a long time because I was very confused by a software bug (my
own petard).

EA13 is still not giving fringes, and I still don't know why.

If somebody wants run a file to see what's working, consult with the 
operator; otherwise he will start picking from the dynamic queue after
a bit more delay checking.
