ea18, as well as ea13 which we left parked, both are experiencing
a DTS problem.  Jerry says these are the only ones, but I have
not checked that.  There are many parity errors reported on the
optical path for all colors and all IFs.  This could explain
the many short drops Rick reported.  It may explain some of
the similar reports in the past.
