[evlatests] [Fwd: UVW reversed on 74 MHz data set]

My guess, given that he made an image at all, is that either all three
axes are reversed or the phase is negated in these modes.  I claim idcaf
doesn't know about frequency when populating baselines and I don't touch
any phases, so whatever effect idcaf could have would be equal at all
frequencies in this regard.
