I did have the 128 MHz clock disconnected in the antenna today and 
rebooted several (but not all) of the modules.  It appeared that the 
L302-1 was working, but I just rebooted the MIB at 15:55 (local) to be 
sure.  Other than that, I can think of no reason why A/C doesn't fringe.
