This is the IF with "schredding".  Kerry Shores realigned the frame
synchronizer:

This resulted in a change in delay by 150 ns.:

>From the delay check during startup yesterday, it the delays were found
wrong by about 150 ns again, returning to their starting point.  Anybody
know what's going on?
