There is still a problem here.  A large delay error,
about +150, was measured at 12.5 MHz BW, applied, and large
errors still existed when delays were again measured at
50 MHz.

Either the DTS system is not yet working right, or
Barry and I managed to get the delay change wrong.

Since 24 is the default reference antenna we should
try to get this right before the usual delay measurements
on Wednesday.  I will leave it too others to sort out
what is happening but will check in again tomorrow.
