[evlatests] Q-band masquerade!

    An extraordinary situation has occurred in my noontime test run: 

    The file asked for 2 minute observations at all bands, with Q-band 
last, and following K-band. 

    Upon filling the data, no Q-band file appeared.  However, the 
duration of the K-band observation was found to be twice as long as 
requested.   Sure enough, the real Q-band data are found to be 
seamlessly appended to the K-band data!  The phases are stable, and it 
appears to be the appended data are indeed the mislabelled Q-band data. 
    The AIPS header indicates only a single frequency, at the default 
K-band frequencies. 

    What happened?  How did Q get turned into K?
