    A quick look at P-band at lunchtime today reveals:

    No good data from antennas 4, 11, 13, 16, 21, 25 on any IF.    
Antenna 26 is giving no fringes on IFs B and D. 

    This absence of fringes can be explained for 4 (receiver turned 
off), 13 and 16 (no operational receivers), and 25 (antenna not 
functioning).   No explanation is at hand for 11,  21, or 26. 

    Only antennas 13 and 16 were flagged out by the system.
