Hello. The EVLA antenna status sheet indicates that antenna 16 has a 4/P band receiver installed. However, the antenna doesn't function at either band(invalid FRM commands, low TP, zero SD). There is a note on the sheet that states "P band untested". Should this instead read "4 & P bands not yet functional"? Thanks. Dave VLA Ops
