I was able to investigate a few things today.

ea13
The zero point of the subreflector was found to be wrong todaqy
and was adjusted.  This was judged a better use of time than
reindexing it.  It looks better at K band now, but a collimation
pointing run would be useful to see how well the zero point
was reset.

ea11
The C band receiver works.  Delays were set; focus and
collimation was not.  Attenuators for BD were not set because
the measured power levels in the T304 do not make sense.

ea19
The Q band receiver seems to work.  A first go at collimation
was done, but needs to be refined, as does focus.  Delays are
within a nanosecond or two of correct and the BD attenuator
settings have been inserted into the DB.


I was able to confirm that the change to support FE filters
at L (and other) band works.  The fix was included in the
executor update today.
