This is mostly for Rob and the FE people.
I am unable to set attenuators in the usual way to
get usable power to the sampler.  The best result
is had with the input attenuators set to 20 dB
and tho output attejnuators to 0 dB.  this provides
about -15 dB at the RF power meter and about -30 dB
at the output power meter.  I suspect that there is
a lot of out of band noise seen by the input meter,
but not by the output meter.
