[evlatests] Front end filter problem

Today project AO215 had all VLA antennas flagged because of out of range 
"IF [ABCD] Total Power".  The problem was worked-around by changing the 
front end filter from 12.5 MHz to 50 MHz.  25 MHz also failed.  Barry says 
the wrong L6 frequency is being chosen.  Reliable data started at 
about 1630 UT.  Prior to this, only EVLA antennas were providing good 
data.  This might be something that Ken should look at???
