[evlatests] K-band status today

   Kband is in generally great shape.  In the noon-time tests, we find:

    The only 'global' phase jump occurs after the single observation at 
P-band (as reported for L-band, earlier). 

    Only antenna 25 has poor sensitivity -- low by a factor of about 5 
(in G/Tsys), at all IFs.  Tsys is reported at about 300K for this 
antenna, so it's likely this causing the poor sensitivity. 

    Antenna 13 failed to fringe for the first scan, but was present, in 
full force, for the other four. 

    Nothing else amiss to report.
