[evlatests] Flagging oddities, Nov 02.

A 'baseline' run went from 04:26-09:26 IAT last night (X band
continuum, 10s integrations, a lot of time spent slewing over the
full sky.)

There were low amplitude (off source) points in near-identical
pattern on every baseline. The pattern was that bad points, that
should have been flagged, occurred in bursts for several scans
in a row, and then not at all for 10's of minutes. Then after
the first 3 hours there were no bad points at all.

Since these runs look at strong sources, the problem was easy to
identify and by using AIPS CLIP below 0.015 Jy (raw data; ~0.15Jy
calibrated) the bad data could be easily excised.
