The modcmop free system was tested just now after amos was
repaired.  It all appears to be in order, both the vispipe
and idcaf seem to work a nd reasonable looking data is seen
both by d10 and telcal.  Rick and Vivek are planning tests
for dynamic time tonight.

The results of last night's pointing run were imported into
the parameters database.  We will see if that makes things
better or worse.

The pointing run also showed that the az encoder of antenna 19
changed by about four arc-min since a few days ago.  Was anything
done to the antenna that could explain this?
