[evlatests] No Modcomp-free data!

    I ran two files this morning, the first 'Modcomp-Free', the second 
'Modcomp-On'. 

    Data were filled with no restrictions whatever, over the entire time 
range. 

    There were no data in the archive for the entire timerange during 
which the Modcomp-free observations were made.  

    Modcomp-on data were there. 

    I talked with the operator, who reports:  (a) He followed Walter's 
instructions on starting IDCAF, and (b) He saw correlator data go by on 
his monitor screens. 

    What happened?
