[evlatests] antenna 19 and other news

Antenna 19 was included in the pointing run Tuesday night and
worked well.  The changes have been incorporated into the pointing
model and as far as I am concerned the antenna is free to leave
the master pad whenever necessary.

The L band receiver was instaleed and works.  Fringes were obtained
readily and delays will be set during startup.

Still no power in the BD IFS.  Rob and Jim know about this and will
address it in due course.


The pointing run last Tuesday included C band and collimations were
determined for antenna 26.


The two recently moved antennas (16 and 26) both work and have
had fiberdelay set.  Delays and pointing will be refined during
startup.
