The antenna works a little bettertoday.  The BD downconverters
either aren't there or have catatonic MIBs.  Delays were set for
IFs A and C, focus was set; pointing is not too bad and will be
refined in a pointing run tonight.

Antenna 23 took a lot of fiddling with DTS modules before it worked
today.

The antennas moved today, 14 and 24, have had delays set about right
and will be reined tonight.
