[evlatests] Today's health report

    I'm running a Modcomp-free test -- which starts with Modcomp-on
data, to set the standard.

The overall system situation is wonderfully good -- this despite the
move of 8 antennas (including 3 EVLA antennas) to the ends of the A
configuration. Based on the quickest of review, I find:

    1) L-Band: 26 antennas working stably on all IFs. (There are some
curious problems, which I'll report on later).
    2) C-Band: 24 antennas working stably, including 7 EVLA antennas.
(Only 21 and 23 don't fringe).
    3) X-Band: 26 antennas working. There are data from antenna 19,
but it's nonsense. Not ready for prime-time yet.
    4) K-Band: 26 antennas working well.
    5) Q-Band: Hard to tell how many are on -- clearly most of them.
Stability and sensitivity are poor, relative to source strength.
Calibration will have to be done to look at the gains.
