Focus and rotation settings from P band have been replicated
to 75 MHz for these two antennas.  14 already had attenuator
settings from long ago, likely wrong now.  I copied the P
band attenuator settings for 21, they, too, are likely wrong.
Pointing doesn't matter at all.
