I replaced the L301-2 in antenna 13.  By the time I got there the MIB was 
talking again but since that module has very old firmware, I changed it out 
and brought it back for an upgrade.

I replaced the IF-D DTS module in Antenna 26.  Hopefully this will solve 
the multi level state problem Rick has been seeing.

Antenna 26 should now have Q-band.  As I suspected, the receiver was 
connected to the wrong input of the UX converter.
