[evlatests] EVLA Pointing still broken

    I run pointing on 3C84, at L, C, and X bands for about 80 minutes.

    All EVLA antennas -- except 14 -- failed on all pointing attempts.  
Antenna 14 failed most of the time. 

    Weather was breezy -- typically 10 m/sec, max recorded about 15 m/s. 

    Something is still not right.
