Antenna 21
fringes at X band.  We had the pointing and delays about right
yesterday, but the focus was off by about 6 cm.  In the end
the pointing errors, after the large El offset was accounted for
were only about an arc-minute and a half in each axis.

The MIB in the D304 is not responding, but the module seems to
work.

The AC IF pair is much worse than the BD IF pair in correlated
power.  In addition power levels are so low that the T304 attenuators
are wide open and even then there is barely enough signal to level
the ALC in the T5.  There are power detectors in the T304-B; power
levels there are about 4 to 5 dB higher than in AC at both the input
and output sides.

It would be nice to include antenna 21 in the scheduled pointing
run the night of March 23.

P band
Both 17 and 23 now work, but the ploarizations are swapped in 17.
Continuum data looks reasonable.  No line data was taken to see
whether any birdies are getting through.  After 17 is remedied
a test observation including 14, 17 and 23 is in order.

14 AC is still dead at P band.  The synthesizers claim to be locked;
either they are lying or there is a problem in the T301.  Since
there is no M301 at antenna 14 the T301 monitor points are not
visible.
