The T_cals for a few receivers were brought up to date in the 
Modcomp system files according to the numbers hidden away on 
/home/evla/techdocs/fe/...

Changes were made for:
13 L and K
18 C and Q
24 Q

Most of the changes stem from typos when the numbers were first
entered and receiver swaps.

T_cals for 17 and 23 are not yet available and are probably still
wrong.
