Hichem confirmed that the CMP has been up since last Wednesday.
Does it get a timing reset command at the beginning of every
script?

Can it be the correlator? The system controller was rebooted
last night after Rick's test observations finished and the
operator had trouble getting things working after swithing
back to Modcomp control. Only a coincidence, I hope. I
claim that the system controller (and correlator) has no
knowledge of which antennas are VLA and which EVLA, so it
cannot break amplitudes for one and not the other.

Further, the system controller was rebooted many times
on Thursday while working on the correlator "offset" problem
and this was between the pointing run on Wednesday, which we
suspect to be tainted, and Rick's tests on Friday.
