[evlatests] Some troubles with spectral line -- modcomp free

    A quick look through a single spectral line mode (mode '4', all 
bands at default frequencies, BW = 12.5 MHz at all except P-band, with 
3.125 Mhz BW).  The order of observations was Q, K, X, U, C, L, P. 

    Good data from all working antennas found at Q, K, X, and U band. 

    At this point, (22:32:00, IAT) all the VLA antennas ceased fringing 
-- both with themselves and with EVLA antennas.  EVLA antennas kept 
working.   So for C, L, and P bands, fringes were obtained only with the 
EVLA antennas.
