[evlatests] AM889 on July 24

	The "Large offsets on IF2, 8R-9R, 8R-17R correlators." was caused by a 
failed VLA-1 multiplier chip. This was detected by self test at some 
point and the card swapped with a spare by an operator. This is the most 
common failure in the correlator. On the order of 2 a week.
