[evlatests] AB 1258 needs subarrays Aug 9/10

Proposal AB 1258, PI Brunthaler, scheduled on August 9/10, is the first 
Modcomp-free observation needing subarrays.  Subarray 1 will involve EVLA 
antennas and methanol masers.  Subarray 2 will involve VLA antennas and
