[evlatests] AG745 imaging confirms UVW error

In the continuum data taken for AG745 on 30 June at L band, the phase 
center was offset 3" North of the 1-mJy target source.

I thus expected the target to be detected 3" South of the phase center.

But in the image (which I happen to have at home now), the target appears 
to be 3" North of the phase center.

I believe this confirms what Ed and Neal just reported.  - Joan
