[evlatests] P-band -- IF 'B' failure

    I reported earlier that on the 2nd run of AD562 (P-band, yesterday), 
there were no fringes from any of the EVLA antennas, on IF 'B'.

    I must amend that report:

    The two arrays (VLA and EVLA) are incoherent with each other in that 
IF.  That is, VLA antennas fringe with VLA antennas, and EVLA antennas 
fringe with EVLA antennas.  The problem is hence likely to be with the 
Fluke synthesizers being set at the wrong frequency.  These data are in 
spectral line, so perhaps it will be useful to look at some spectra ...

    This problem has been noted before!  The real mystery is why it 
comes and goes.
