Antenna 24 was moved today and works at its new location well
enough for pointing.  There was already an exchange concerning
the amplitude instability of 24AC.  To answer Jim's question
I am hard pressed to see the software ALC causing this.  It is
equally unlikely that both T304's are misbehaving in the same
way at the same time.  At the next opportunity I suggest disabling
phase switching to see if that is the cause.

There was much confusion most of the day because a power switch
in the correlator room was bumped and power to a netowrk switch
and the EDFA amplifiers lost.  Rob eventually got everything up
again after much effort.

I used the remaining time to verify that the Modcomp focus finding
mode works and succeeded in confusing myself.
