Ant 17 has two problems left to be corrected before it can be fringed. 
There is high optical loss on the IF fiber causing parity errors (the 
loss is on all 12 colors so it is the main fiber) and the ACU will still 
not talk using slot-ID.  We may know the problem, but we need to talk to 
Pete on Monday morning.

Also, ant 26's L353 will not communicate to the network after it was 
powered down yesterday, so it will not sync the ant properly.  The ant 
is sync'd now, but do not enable the L305 sync.
