all,

i have compiled a new version of loser that will work for the expanded range of 
frequencies for L-band on EVLA antennas.  you can find it at:
~bbutler/loser

i believe (and had a brief chat with ken and he agrees) that it will be pretty 
easy to make this work for all the extended EVLA frequency ranges, but am not 
guaranteeing any delivery date on that version.

i have started poking into jobserve to see what would be involved in making 
similar changes there, but no guarantee there either...
