Delays were set again for antenna 14 after the optical combiner
(I think) was replaced last week. There was about a 200 ns change
and the now familiar large dispersion between IFs is present.

Antenna 13 was found after it moved to DN7. Delays are set well
enough for startup to refine and pointing looks to be good enough
for an X band pointing run. It did not work immediately after
being moved because the LO and RT fibers were swapped. Is it worth
trying to be sure we have no systematic problems in fiber management?

The FRM at antenna 24 seems to be very unhappy. It has been written
up with a maint form but still spends most of its time reporting that
the E-stop is set.

P band does not really work yet at antenna 23. Initially it did not
work at all. Rob and Jim visited late in the day and found that the
nonexistent 4 band signal was connected to the P band input. That
was corrected and power levels looked much better but there was no
sync detector signal. Speculation is that there is an unknown
incantation to enable the noise tube for P band. Nonetheless it
does not produce reasonable correlated signal. There is a weak
response in LCP and no obervable repsonse at all in RCP. Though
it is difficult to be sure it appears that the polarizations are
not backwards. More work is needed.

Slightly related to EVLA concerns is that the system controller
fails when the Modcomp, Spectre, is turned off because some
components depend on the Modcomp rack for power.
