Tried to run the combined array through the operator's executor.  Ran into
a problem with the executor interface - the screens want antenna va01, 
va02, etc.  The antennas within the executor are va1, va2, etc.

When tried to run with antennas numbered 10 or higher, still didn't work
as I expected; will investigate why at leisure.

Found a fairly subtle bug in idcaf, which was tickled by running with 16
antennas exactly.

Found various small bugs in idcaf.

Found a bug in the CMP - frontend selection commands were not being sent.

Got Telcal delay solver working reasonably.  Verified that it worked by 
changing a delay and showing that the delay solver then reported zero.

Tried executing a second datamgr.  Seems to work.  Data should be appearing
in archive as we speak.
