[evlatests] Last Stress Test for the year

   A few minutes were used checking system performance at the end of 
this day (and of this year). 

    No great care has been taken to review these data -- only the key 
points.    I looked only at unflagged data, so can't tell if 
antennas/IF/bands reported as flagged are actually broken. 

    Performance is in general very good.   The phase jumps and 
'shredded' levels reported last year have been repaired. 

    Q-Band:  Antenna 18 is fringing fine.  But VLA antenna 8 is not, and 
was not flagged.  14D was flagged, but the other IFs were not, and 
looked fine. 

    Antenna 13 still has no fringes (and is not flagged) at P-band.  At 
this band, antennas 23 and 25 are flagged in RCP, antennas 25 and 26 in 
LCP.   Antenna 1 was flagged. 

    Only trivial issues to report at L, C,  and X bands. 

    I didn't look at K-band.
