[evlatests] ea01 sort of working

After much confusion becuase of a subreflector indexing
misunderstanding and large inherent collimation errors for
the antenna it seems to be working at all the installed
bands: L, C, X and K.  No attempt has yet been made to
make P band work.

Delays have been set.  Fcous has been examined for L, X and
K bands.  If there is time tonight a interband collimations
will be measured.

I am still not convinced we have the subreflector correctly
set because the response is not very good at X and K bands.
Measring collimations may help verify that.
