[evlatests] 2 subarrays in line mode.

This mode was tested yesterday. Previous tests showed
that the minority subarry sometimes got its data mis-
labelled in source, frequency or BW setting, though
both subarrays were set to the same correlator mode.

The new test showed no evidence of such mislabelled
scans, but showed another oddity - IF A only, on
the VLA (majority subarray), had what appears to be a
wrong Fluke setting.
