[evlatests] Two other issues from today's test

Looking at the antenna position data for ant 14, it appears that the 
antenna was parked for the K and Q-band run this morning.  Ken reminded 
me that data is not flagged when the antenna is in Take, so possibly 
this was the situation this morning.
