[evlatests] End-of-Scan problem fixed --

    Ken reported that Hichem has implemented a fix for the incorrect 
subreflector flagging, which was applied at the end of a scan, when the 
following scan is at a different band. 

    A quick test this morning shows that indeed this fix seems to work, 
so all data are correctly flagged -- or not, right to the true end of 
the scan. 

    Other oddities, however, occurred in the test, and I'll report on 
these separately.
