[evlatests] Q-band behavior, August 1

    I promise this is the last report, for a while. 

    Q-band data were remarkably good, considering the weather. 

    Antennas 11, 19, and 21 have no receivers, and hence no data.

    Antenna 7 provided only noise, and was not flagged.  Its Tsys is 
hugely too high (280 K), so it would appear the receiver is at fault. 

    This observation was the last of my test, and a peculiarity in the 
data was noted at the end of this scan:
    All data prior to 23:37:39 were fine.  There was then an 11-second 
gap -- on all baselines -- following which were 3 seconds of coherent, 
but bad data, then the end of the scan.
