[evlatests] Special EVLA C-band observing

In yesterday's EVLA Coordination Meeting, I mentioned that the
first fixed-date observing for a Special EVLA C-band Proposal had
been scheduled for May 1.

Some of the EVLA antennas are ailing at C band.  To give a little
more time for them to be repaired, I have just re-scheduled this
fixed-date observing for May 7 instead of May 1.  - Joan
