After Barry finished setting delays I tried to see what worked and
what did not.  Antenna 21 was not available.

The most annoying problem was that VLA antennas did not always
receive all setup commands at a new scan.  This is being investigated,
but I will document all the occurrences I am aware of.  There is
an impression that off source flagging gets lifted a little too
soon.  Often the first unflagged record is still a little lower
than the following record.  This may improve when VLA antennas
are flagged properly and should be looked at again.

All VLA antennas need to have their pointing fixed because the
pointing model treatment is not easily related to the old system.
The worst antennas are listed.  Now that pointing has been shown
to work a Modcomp-free pointing run is indicated.

Amplitudes were sometimes not very stable on some baselines.
Variations of almost ten percent were seen between records at
ten second integration time.  No attempt was made to see how
how pervasive this was.  If anyone wants to examine the data
more closely the interval from about 2200 to 2315 IAT would be
most interesting.
