[evlatests] Modcomp free pointing

A little over two hours of Modcomp free pointing data was taken
over lunch today.  The file of pointing offsets from telcal was
fed to PEEK which was quite happy with it.  Solutions were as
expected from a daytime pointing run on a moderately windy day.

Known good pointers had good (small residuals) solutions.
Known bad pointers had poor (large residuals) solutions.
EVLA antennas reported small changes to tilt because it was daytime.
VLA antennas had larger tilts, and collimations and offsets,
because they are not yet correct.
The really bad antennas, e.g. VA7, gave no solutions at all.

Good enough that we should try to fix VA7 a little and try
a real pointing run at night some time.
