There were two sources of confusion with antenna 26.  The
focus that had been determined a few days ago was not at
all what it wanted today, and there was a large azimuth
offset.  Those are now under control and we will try pointing
again for a few hours.

Antenna 24 Q band seems to work fine.  Focus, delays and a
first go at collimation have all been done.  It is now good
wnough for real observations, but a proper collimation
measurement would be nice sometime.
